Unique Brownie Ice Cream

Brownies with Ice Cream, pieces of brownies mixed with ice cream, resulting in a mixed ice cream cake. Using Brownie, condensed milk and cream.

Brownie with Ice Cream

  • Dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Melted Butter 50 g
  • Natural Brown Sugar 150 g
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla extract 2 tsp
  • Flour 150 g
  • Natural Cocoa powder 150 g
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Condensed Milk 300 ml
  • Cream 500 ml


  • In a bowl add 3 tbsp or 50 g of pure melted butter, 2 eggs, 150 g of brown sugar or Honey, mix and add 150 g of cocoa powder and 150 g of flour, Mix well and pour into a baking pan and bake at 180o C for about 21 minutes.


  • After it has cooled down break it up into pieces and divide it into 2 parts and in one part add 300 ml of condensed milk and mix. Next add in it 500 ml of whipped cream and mix to combine.
  • Next combine the two portions and mix. Then freeze the resultant mixture for 5 hours.
  • Alternatively brownies can be served with ice cream.
