- Dark chocolate 7 oz
- Peanut Butter 190 g
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil 150 ml
- Natural Brown Sugar 70 g
- Natural Vanilla extract 1.5 tsp
- Flour 170 g
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Natural Cocoa powder 72 g
- Eggs 3
- Salt quarter tsp
- In a bowl take 190 g of peanut butter, add 3 tbsp of Honey, 1 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp vanilla extract/ essence and quarter tsp salt and mix well.
- Next melted 7 oz of dark chocolate, add 150 ml of coconut oil, 3 eggs 70 g of brown sugar or 50 ml honey, 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract and mix well and then add 170 g of whole flour, ½ tsp Baking powder, quarter TSP of salt and mix again.
- Afterwards, pour the mixture into a pan with parchment paper and then pour in the peanut butter mixture on top.
In the oven
Now bake at 170o C for 30 minutes.
