Unique Amber Cream Biscuits Sandwiches

Making Butter cream biscuits with all purpose flour, sugar, vinegar, heavy cream. And cream cheese chocolate biscuit sandwiches.

  • All purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Cream
  • Vanilla Extract / Almond extract (optional)
  • Salt

Dry Ingredients:

Take 377 g of all purpose flour and add 21 g of sugar (for browning), 13 g of baking powder (leavener), 1.25 g of baking soda (for browning and flavor), 5 ml of vinegar, 1.25 g of salt and mix to combine.

Liquid Ingredient

  • Next, add 500 ml of warm heavy cream to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

In the Oven

  • Then scoop out desired portions and place them onto the baking pan evenly spaced and transfer them to a preheated oven at 350o F for around 18 minutes.
  • Finally coat the baked biscuits with unsalted natural melted butter and let them cool for around 5 minutes.


Simply place cream cheese frosting between the two cookies, possibly with melted dark chocolate.
