Dry Ingredients:
Take 377 g of all purpose flour and add 21 g of sugar (for browning), 13 g of baking powder (leavener), 1.25 g of baking soda (for browning and flavor), 5 ml of vinegar, 1.25 g of salt and mix to combine.
Liquid Ingredient
- Next, add 500 ml of warm heavy cream to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
In the Oven
- Then scoop out desired portions and place them onto the baking pan evenly spaced and transfer them to a preheated oven at 350o F for around 18 minutes.
- Finally coat the baked biscuits with unsalted natural melted butter and let them cool for around 5 minutes.
Sandwiches
Simply place cream cheese frosting between the two cookies, possibly with melted dark chocolate.
