Ultimate Chicken Tikka Pizza

Making Spicy Chicken Pizza

Pizza cream

Take 250 ml of whipped cream, add a tsp of vinegar and lemon juice. Afterwards, mix and add 250 ml of mayonnaise, 1 tsp of powdered black pepper, 30 g of dried parsley, 50 g of garlic and ginger paste, a tsp of salt and mix until combined.

Tomato Sauce

Take some ground tomatoes (puree), seasoned with salt, black and red peppers, vinegar, cumin powder, red chili flakes, etc. (optional sauce)

Pizza Dough:

  • Take 250 ml warm milk, 30 ml of pure warm water, add 1 tbsp sugar, 40 g of dry instant yeast and mix and leave it out for 14 minutes.
  • Now, in a separate bowl take 300 g of sifted flour with a tsp of salt, add 50 ml of olive oil, a tsp of garlic powder, mix and add the milk yeast mixture and knead the dough.
  • After that place it in olive oil greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for an hour or until doubles in size, in a warm environment.
  • Thereafter, knead the dough and shape it flat and then place it in a pan, greased with olive oil; also brush the top of the dough with olive oil.

Preparing Pizza

Slightly brush the surface of the flattened dough with melted butter, then blanket it with cream sauce prepared earlier, along with shredded cheese (mozzarella).

Preparing the chicken

Take 500 g of boneless breast chicken in a pan with 30 to 50 ml of olive oil and cook. Season it with salt, garlic and ginger paste, red and black pepper (powdered), turmeric, cumin, a tbsp of vinegar, some nigella seeds and possibly 100 grams of yogurt, once done, mix and saute for around 8 minutes while covering and until the mixture evaporates while stirring occasionally.

Now place this chicken as another top layer on the pizza dough, along with some sliced green chilies, capsicum, olives, some finely sliced onions and tomatoes, mushrooms and another layer of shredded cheese and seasoning on top.

In the Oven

Then place it in the preheated oven at 180o C for around 14 to 15 minutes. Finally let it cool on a rack, and sprinkle it with chopped garlic, mint, seasoned with lemon or vinegar and some cream sauce from earlier as per requirement with rosemary.
