Take whole potatoes and lightly oil them with extra virgin olive oil.
And then bake them for an hour at 230o C.
Next get the baked potatoes without the skin and mix them with sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, cheese, olives and black seeds and mix well.
Give them a desired shape, add some cheese on top and bake them again for 9 minutes.
