Simple Fresh Baked Potatoes

Creamy Baked Potatoes made in under an hour and seasoned with salt and pepper along with some vinegar, organic butter, cream and olives.

Ingredients
  • Potatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
Preparation

Take whole potatoes and lightly oil them with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake

And then bake them for an hour at 230o C.

Seasoning

Next get the baked potatoes without the skin and mix them with sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, cheese, olives and black seeds and mix well.

Give them a desired shape, add some cheese on top and bake them again for 9 minutes.
