Take 377 grams of peanut butter, add quarter tsp of salt, and mix together.
Then, in a pan placed on heat take 190 g of granulated sugar or honey, 144 g of sweet condensed milk, 50 ml of water, mix and bring it to a boil, heating to 140o C. Now add 10 ml of vanilla extract and 4 g of baking soda and mix well.
Next put the sugar syrup in the peanut butter and mix to incorporate well. After that, place the mixture in a square pan with parchment paper, lining it evenly & flat. Let it cool and then cut into bars as desired.
Finally coat them with tempered melted dark chocolate (610 g).
