Simple Frozen Strawberry Ice Cream
- Heavy Cream
- Milk Powder/ Protein Powder/ Cocoa Powder
- Frozen Fruit
- Vanilla extract
- In a blender add 300 ml of milk (or condensed milk), 144 g of heavy whipping cream, 100 g of honey (or desired sugar), 50 g of milk powder, start mixing and then add 233 g of frozen strawberries or any good desired fruit and add 144 g of ice with a tsp of vanilla beans extract and 1-3 g of salt.
- Than blend and churn the mixture until a smooth consistency is achieved, but not to over blend.
Then freeze the mixture for 5 hours or simply overnight. An ice cream maker can also be used for a more sophisticated result.
