Natural Real Ice Cream
- Whipping cream
- Condensed milk
- In a blender take 300 g strawberries and 90 g of honey or pitted soft dates, add a tsp of beet root extract or powder and blend. Blueberries and raspberries can also be added in right proportions if desired.
- Next in a bowl take 377 ml of cold whipping cream and mix until it reaches a state of soft peaks, then add 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk, quarter tsp of salt and mix. Then add the strawberry puree mixture from earlier and mix until ingredients are well incorporated.
After that freeze the mixture overnight in an airtight container. An ice cream maker can also be used for a more sophisticated result.
